Warranty & Return
At Appliance Hut, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. Our comprehensive warranty and return policy are designed to ensure your complete satisfaction and peace of mind.
1. Standard Warranty
Coverage: Unless specified otherwise on the product details page, we offer a one-year warranty for our products, starting from the date you receive your item. This warranty covers repairs, returns, or a full refund for items under warranty that meet our warranty criteria.
2. Upon Receipt
Inspection: Upon receiving your product, please inspect it for accuracy, intact packaging, and completeness. If you find any discrepancies or damages, report them to us within three days. Failure to report within this timeframe may impact the success rate of warranty claims.
3. Warranty Limitations
Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from non-compliance with the product manual specifications, customer negligence, inability to prove a quality issue, or claims beyond the warranty period.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Shipping to Repair: Customers are responsible for shipping any products requiring repair or replacement to our designated repair center or warehouse.
5. 30-Day Return Policy
Returns: Most of our products are eligible for a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy, except for oversized items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Return Process
Authorization Required: Despite having a return address registered, it’s crucial to contact our customer service for authorization before returning a product. Only approved returns can be sent to our designated address.
7. Return Preparation
Packaging Instructions: Include your customer ID, order number, and return reason on an A4 paper inside the original packaging with all received items and accessories (including gifts). To facilitate returns, we advise keeping the outer packaging for the duration of the warranty period.
8. Packaging for Returns
Condition for Return: Do not write on or mark the product's outer packaging nor attach unrelated labels. Such actions may affect the item's resale value and could result in denial of warranty services.
9. Refund
Once we receive the return, or your refund is approved, the refund will be credited back to your payment account within 1 to 7 business days (the exact time will depend on the payment method and banking institution you used)
10. After-sales Service Request
Documentation Needed: Prepare necessary photos or videos to demonstrate the product issues when applying for after-sales service. We typically respond to service requests within 1 to 3 working days. Your patience is appreciated.
